Catherine Walker has been nominated for the prestigious Irish Film and Television Academy award for Best Actress for her role as Sophia in A Dark Song. Cinematographer Cathal Watters also received a nomination for his work on the Irish-language Western series, An Klondike.
The A Dark Song team are delighted for Catherine and Cathal, and wish them the best of luck. The IFTA Awards will take place in Dublin on 8th April and will broadcast on RTÉ One. A Dark Song will be released in the UK on 7th April.
